writes about his plans for the first two-day prerelease to be held in Arizona and about the problems he had to face.
The
Banned and Restricted List Announcement for the September is out. The most important changes are the banning of Skullclamp in Extended, the separation of the Type 1 and Type 1.5 banned/restricted lists, and the announcement of bannings for Magic Online's casual formats.

picture of all judges from Pro Tour Seattle 2004 is now available from the DCI site.
Saturday School returns from its summer vacation with new author John Carter. John promises new features, like
extra-credit answers,
cram sessions and
field trips.
